Join as a LATAZ member
You can join our national community of language and literacy teaching professionals and enjoy the best of our member benefits and services: connect and network with other teachers with the same professional interests as you, be abrased with our news and publications, attend CPD events organised by our Special Interest Groups (SIGs), a district, provincial and National Conference, workshops, seminars or Language and Literacy Fair, participate in our webinars, have an article published, gain CPD Points as speaker at an event, volunteer on a committee, and much more!
Volunteer in LATAZ Committees
In line with our inclusive policy and democratic tenets, LATAZ openly advertises all volunteer positions on both the website and social media platforms. This is to provide all members regardless of their circumstances and conditions a chance to grow professionally by serving as volunteers in our committees. We welcome applications from all members meeting the criteria prescribed in each advertised role. If you feel you have the enthusiasm, professionalism, and skills the association has relied heavily for its survival over the years, look out for the adverts and apply. Applications are welcome from any member meeting the criteria for each call. Without the enthusiasm, professionalism and skills of these volunteers, the association couldn’t survive.
