Business Communication BCSIG

This SIG is for language teaching practitioners inclined to the development of business communicative competencies in young learners, teens and adults. It will be responsible for:

§Lead research in needs, practices, and materials for teaching Business Communication in advertising and communication.

§Inform the association’s position on the practices of commercial language.

§Advocate for adequate coverage of Business vocabulary and concepts in syllabi and materials at all levels.

§Design and offer quality training in Business Communication to the business community.

§Conduct face-to-face annual conferences and a range of online events such as dissuasions, webinars, workshops, as well as an array of networking sessions.

§Contribute articles on Business Language to the LATAZ Newsletter and Magazine.
